I am passionate about supporting parents to do their own ‘Inner Work’ so that they can experience more freedom & joy in their life. When a parents’ inner world shifts the whole family shifts in such an incredible way.

My name is Sophie and I’m a single mother of 2 teenage girls, India 16yrs and Violet 14yrs. I’m so proud of the young ladies they’ve become, but I can’t lie… it’s been the toughest 3 years of my life.

India has been unwell mentally for a number of years, she has a diagnosis of severe social anxiety, depression and showing symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder.

In a nutshell , the system failed us, the youth mental health system that is.

We tried 3 different schools, as well as a home schooling stint. My daughter India attempted suicide 7 times in 3 years, and yet she was treated like a number, medicated and I had the book thrown at me as far as support went. I needed a circuit breaker, a different perspective, something none of the “box tickers” were doing…. and BOOM I found Nina. Thank God.

Hands down, Nina helped save India’s life. Big call I know, but I truly believe it. An educated , empathetic, caring ear was a god send. Nina has an increadible intuition, one I’ve never witnessed before going through my trauma. The way she communicated with India filled me with relief, joy and hope that there was someone out there that just got it.

Indie has come through the woods and Nina is still working with us. Life is manageable now after such a tumultuous time, but now is the time we need Nina more than ever. It’s like she’s part of the family!

India, Violet and I are so so grateful you came into our lives and managed to bring us out of the depths of despair and into a life filled with hope.
